Having navigated the crossroads of media, business, and technology, I’ve learned that success isn’t a straight line — it’s a winding road shaped by choices, experiences, and unexpected turns.
From leading and scaling companies to mentoring the next generation of innovators, I’ve worn many hats — business executive, advertising innovator, professor, and devoted parent. My journey in broadcasting began at SiriusXM, where I spent years co-hosting the original Sirius Sports talk show Da Fellas — an experience that wasn’t just about sports, but about conversations, storytelling, and building lifelong friendships.
I bring a business-minded perspective and genuine curiosity to every episode, uncovering what drives artists, entrepreneurs, and athletes to embrace change, overcome challenges, and find their own way forward. Off the mic, I live in New York City with my family — cheering for the Yankees, Buffalo Bills, and Buffalo Sabres, listening to Bruce Springsteen, and staying active in the gym or on the court.
Tushar Saxena is a veteran broadcast media professional with more than two decades of experience producing news, sports, and talk programming. His career spans respected organizations including CBS, FOX News, Westwood One, Sirius XM, and WFAN — where he began his career learning the art of live radio at one of the most influential stations in the country.
Throughout his career, Tushar has led newsroom teams through high-stakes election coverage and helped coordinate live broadcasts for major sporting events including The Masters, The British Open, and the Olympics. Early on, he helped launch innovative talk formats on satellite radio — including The Fellas, the show that first brought together the chemistry and humor that now drive No Wrong Choices.
A lifelong comic-book fan and pop-culture enthusiast, Tushar brings a mix of curiosity, wit, and empathy to every conversation. His deep experience behind the mic and behind the scenes makes him an invaluable voice on No Wrong Choices, where his perspective helps uncover the stories and choices that define remarkable careers.
Larry is a lifelong entertainment professional and passionate storyteller whose career journey embodies No Wrong Choices’s message: that every experience—planned or unexpected—can lead to exciting opportunities. A trained musician with a degree in Music Performance, Larry initially pursued percussion at the highest level. Driven by an adventurous spirit, he expanded his path to include radio, acting, and writing.
Starting his career with rock legends Steely Dan, Larry achieved his dream of seeing his name on one of their albums before moving on to manage New York’s Cutting Room Recording Studios. There, he collaborated with Grammy-winning songwriters and further cultivated his creative talents. Larry’s versatility led him to SiriusXM, where he’s been a steady force as Supervisor of Broadcast Operations for over two decades. It was here that he joined "Da Fellas," an original Sirius Sports talk show, forming lasting friendships with his No Wrong Choices co-hosts, Tushar Saxena and Larry Samuels.
Larry lives in Brooklyn, NY, where he balances family life with his passions for music, sports, history, and storytelling. Whether cheering for his Buffalo Bills or delving into the stories behind iconic figures, Larry brings a dynamic perspective to No Wrong Choices, inspiring listeners to embrace their own career journeys with curiosity and courage.
